Through our growing network of specialist brands, we support every stage of the property lifecycle — from compliance and financial management, to sales, leasing, maintenance, and presentation.

Coast to Coast Strata - Tasmania and Victoria
Our strata management division provides expert body corporate and owners corporation management across Tasmania and Victoria. We specialise in governance, legislative compliance, financial oversight, maintenance coordination, by-law enforcement, and long-term planning — ensuring that communities are protected, well-managed, and future-focused.

In 2025, we expanded into Victoria with the launch of Coast to Coast Strata (Vic), bringing the same structured, compliance-driven approach to owners corporations operating under the Victorian legislative framework.

Coast to Coast Property Co - Tasmania Only
In late 2025, North West Group launched Coast to Coast Property Co, our dedicated real estate division providing residential sales and property management services. This expansion allows us to support clients beyond strata governance, offering seamless solutions for landlords, investors, and property owners who want consistency, professionalism, and accountability across both ownership and tenancy outcomes.

Our property services arm delivers reliable cleaning and gardening solutions to support the ongoing presentation and functionality of properties under our care. Touchwood Asset Management - Victoria Only
We have our stake in partnership of Touchwood Asset Management alongside Founder Eamon Chau.  Bringing expertise in the real estate sector with a focus on residential and commercial real-estate in Melbourne CBD and the inner-city suburbs. This callorbrative approach, strengthens the offerings by North West Group Tasmania.
